Dr. Bisher Al Khasawneh The Prime Minister of Jordan, Afaq Group 21st Economic Forum, entitled ” International Finance Investment & FinTech “, kicks off on November 1, 2022 and lasts for two days with the organization of Afaq Group for media and organization of forums and exhibitions
A delegation from Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector Member of the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) Group, in cooperation with Central Bank of Jordan, Association of Banks in Jordan, Jordan Economic Forum, Al-Aman Association for Financial and Banking Awareness and Amman Stock Exchange the presence of a group of experts and specialists from Jordan, sisterly and friendly countries
In addition to the participation of a number of local, Arab and international licensed financial companies and a group of local financial institutions
The Forum discusses a number of topics and themes related to the financing of SMEs and the financing of green economy projects as well as topics related to fintech, cryptocurrency coding and its future
One of the important themes and topics that the conference will discuss over two days in the capital, Amman, local, Arabic and international digital transformation (reality and aspirations), finance (Reality, challenges and risks) with interest rates hike and banking services, the topic of digital transformation in banking and finance institutions and its role in promoting elements of the economy and investment, domestic, Arab and foreign exchanges with digital transformation and globalization, and the topic of currency war and its future between traditional and encrypted (conflict or a new order), and elements of digital transformation in economic and investment sectors (reality, challenges and aspirations)
The forum will be accompanied by a financial exhibition to enable visitors and interested individuals to meet with financial service providers and to learn about their platforms as well as finance companies and the advantages of these institutions and services they provide to companies and individuals
The Forum aims at networking between financial institutions and investment projects, identifying modern financing methods and the development of Islamic finance in light of the digital transformation and networking between private sector investment institutions and Islamic and commercial finance institutions, as well as identifying modern technology in these fields
The conference is accompanied by a series of workshops on technical methods in the international financial markets, risk management and technical analysis over two days with the participation of a group of international specialists and the best analytical and training institutions
In accordance with His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein’s vision of economic modernization and in support of investment in the Kingdom and the urgent need to finance investment projects and keeping up-to-date with technology, Afaq group was launched to hold this economic Forum, which is entitled to be appropriate to the current stage
